Christmas Holidays/Vacances de Noël

This year Christmas was spent in France.

Dec. 17-19

We spent 2 days in Paris due to Manu's work. We stayed with Vincent in Boulogne. Had a chance to see most of our friends at the Mule du Pape, now called :.... On the Friday afternoon (Dec. 19) we took the small train to Vendôme to see Manu's mom and his family.

Dec. 21

On the Sunday, we celebrated Manu's 30th birthday by gathering around 40 family members in a hall to drink champagne and eat cake. We took advantage of this gathering to show the video from our wedding for those who couldn't make it to Canda last summer.

We helped Marie-Thérèse cut down some trees and clear out the prickly vines above their wine cave (cellar). Because trees are growing on top, the roots are destroying the cellar...so they need to be removed.

Staying up till midnight after the Christmas service/
